SOUS CHEF

To work alongside chef / proprietor. You will take responsibility for the day to day running of the kitchen, maintaining and improving standards of food, hygiene and profitability. With the opportunity to influence the menus and showcase your own creativity. This is a hands on 5 days a week (4 splits) role. Please look at our menus (or better still, come and dine) to get a feel for the sort of kitchen we operate. No prima donnas - please!

CLEANER

4- 5 MORNINGS PER WEEK INCLUDING WEEKENDS

2 hours per day, flexible times as long as finished before 11.00 am. 

FULL or PART TIME KITCHEN ASSISTANT –
Role includes pot & plate wash, keeping the kitchen clean, putting away deliveries, vegetable prep etc  Possibility to learn and develop new cookery skills in a progressive fresh food environment if desired
